Shipping Policy
AZ Fleek Store have developed a global network of factories and warehouses across many countries, mainly from Southeast Asia, mainly via our partnership with USPS and other partners.
Since we deliver our products to customers worldwide, international standards are designed to achieve and we try our best to bring new and improved products to our dear customers.
So if your received package seems to be missing any items, please do not worry! The other items will be delivered in the next fews days.
Shipping fee for all orders is $3.95
2. ORDER & TRACKING
When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. If you do not receive our confirmation email during this time, please contact us via support@azfleek.com to get more information.
After that, your order will be processed for stocking, packing, and shipping and this normally takes 1-2 working days. When this preparation process is finished, we will send a Shipping Update email including the tracking number to your email address. It may take 5-7 working days for your tracking status to be updated on the carrier's system and go online.
3. DELIVERY TIME
Here is an estimate of the shipping times. Due to factors that often affect shipments between areas, such as holidays, customs, and weather delays, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

Kindly keep in mind the shipping time above is the estimate. The shipping time may be delayed for the following reasons:

4. ORDER STATUS
Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided or click on the Order Tracking on our website Azfleek.com to view the delivery status of your order: https://www.azfleek.com/pages/order-tracking
Tracking numbers can take 2-5 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass during package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.
If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier or our email support team.
5. FIND A MISSING PACKAGE
If the tracking information for your package confirms delivery and you cannot locate the delivered package:
- Check with neighbors and family members
- Look around the delivery location
- Check for notice of attempted delivery
- Contact the shipping carrier
6. UNABLE TO DELIVER
The most important thing impacting the success of a shipment is the shipping address. We would like to make sure that your shipping address is sufficient and valid or, at least, findable in the Google Map so there will be some notes in the shipping address that you have to enter:
- The exact house or apartment number or PO box which can be identified by Google Map that you live in or would like the package to be shipped to.
- If you live in a Department, make sure to write exactly its name or number.
Important: When the package has started its route to you, we are unable to change your address anymore. However, as soon as you realize that the address you provided was wrong, you may contact us via email at support@azfleek.com for further support.
To reduce the shipping cost as much as possible, we use the one-way shipping service so if the package is returned to the sender, even if the tracking update shows the “delivered to original sender” it does not mean the package was returned to our warehouse address but our shipping agency storage. Therefore, please be informed that we are unable to refund the order if:
- The package failed to be delivered after several attempts by the shipper.
- You refuse the package.
- The package failed to be delivered because of any problem relating to the shipping address you provided.
- You state that you have not received the package but the tracking update shows that the package was successfully delivered or shows the “delivered” status.

7. SALES TAX
Custom Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our price. All taxes, duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. The VAT charges may vary according to the country.
